You may not redistribute the raw dataset, resell the data as a standalone product, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

3. Data Accuracy

While we apply rigorous validation including 3-way consensus verification, all data is provided “as is.” FinEdge Labs makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the data for any particular purpose. Always verify critical financial data against primary source SEC filings.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service, attempt to scrape or bulk-download the dataset, or violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

FinEdge Labs is not liable for any financial decisions made based on data from this Service. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
